The Christmas season for many is a hectic time filled with extra events and obligations that sap our energy and take away from contemplating the significance of Advent and Christmas as followers of Christ. During this Advent sermon series, we are going to pause and take a look at some of the ways the ancient prophets in the Old Testament looked forward to the day when God would send his Messiah, and how the early church saw Jesus the fulfilment of those prophecies.
