Sara-May Cardy
Sara-May has been part of the pastoral staff at Greenfield since June 2022. She really enjoys connecting our group leaders, being part of our Neighbourhood Care Network initiatives and connecting with our international mission partners. In addition to her role at Greenfield, she also serves within the NAB Conference in the area of Missional Initiatives. Sara-May has a MDiv from Sioux Falls Seminary. She is passionate about seeing people understand the depth of God's love for them while equipping them to join in with what God is doing in the world around them. Sara-May enjoys music (of many types), reading and walks in the neighbourhood.
Elisha de Leon
Elisha has graduated in 2022 from The King’s University, Edmonton, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology. As well, holds a Certificate in Youth Ministry from Vanguard College. She has a passion for creating welcoming and Christ-centred environments and strives to show the love of Jesus in any area she works in. In her free time, she enjoys walking her dogs in the neighbourhood and plays lots of Ultimate Frisbee.
Ronell Drapeza
Ronell started attending Greenfield in August of 2023 with his wife, and came on staff part-time in the worship pastor role in April 2024. He is passionate about worship and creative arts, spiritual formation, and theology within the local church. Before Greenfield, he had been working in non-profits. He has recently begun the long journey of an MA in Spiritual Care/Chaplaincy from Providence Seminary, has a BA from The King’s University, and a music certificate from Vanguard College. He enjoys reading and learning, riding a slow 50cc moped, watching comedy specials, playing/watching basketball, producing music, spending time with community, and eating pho. He is married to Anna and has a cat named “Pastor Allendale.”
Deirdre Radomske
Deirdre joined the team as Office Administrator in September 2023. She is married to Ryan and they have two children.
Chris Reid
Chris started on staff at Greenfield Community Church in September 2009. He has a great desire to see people become fully committed followers of Christ and truly believes the church (individuals of all ages and types) can help this occur by befriending, mentoring and caring for each other. Chris loves curling, homemade baking and playing Ultimate (Frisbee). He has played in tournaments in Ottawa, Seattle, Montana and Ireland. Chris is married and has two children.
Rachel Reynolds
Rachel began a pastoral internship at Greenfield in the fall of 2024. She is working on a MDiv at Taylor Seminary/Kairos University and hopes to complete it in 2025.
Joella Schmidt
Joella has been our Children's ministry assistant since 2017. She graduated with a BA in English from Taylor University College, Edmonton, AB. She is married and has two kids.
Caley Tse
Caley and her family have been attending Greenfield since the spring of 2022. She graduated from Taylor Seminary with a Masters of Theological Studies in 2021 and enjoys using her gifts to disciple and serve others.
Teresa Weaver
Teresa has been involved at Greenfield for many years and took the role of Hospitality Coordinator in 2023. She loves dogs and kayaking.
Tyler Williams
Tyler Williams has been the Team Lead Pastor at Greenfield since July 2013. Prior to this, Tyler taught Bible, theology, and biblical languages for over fifteen years at Taylor University College & Seminary and The King's University, Edmonton. Throughout his teaching career Tyler was always significantly involved in the life of the local church, using his preaching, teaching, pastoral, and administrative gifts for the building up of the body of Christ and encouraging Christ followers to practical works of love and service. Tyler is married and has three adult children.
