The book of Revelation is confusing and controversial, frustrating and fascinating. It is a book that has elicited speculation and numerous bizarre readings and interpretations over the centuries, and most people (and churches) tend to ignore it.

The focus of our teaching this fall at Greenfield will be the book of Revelation as we begin a new sermon series called, “Revelation: Following the Way of the Lamb.” Our sermon series will include Study Sheets and in addition, we will have copies of Professor Michael Gorman’s book, Reading Revelation Responsibly for sale at the Welcome Centre for $30 (or you can buy it here). In addition to the sermon series, we are holding a two-session Adult Education Course on the Book of Revelation on Sunday October 15 and 22, 5:30-8:00 pm. This course will feature teaching by Tyler Williams, Ralph Korner (Taylor Seminary/Kairos University), and Brian Irwin (Knox College, University of Toronto).
